1. What is the business or brand's name that will be used within your Logo Design? (Please be sure that before submitting, this is spelled just as you would like it displayed on your design!)
2. Which colors would you like to have incorporated into your Logo’s Design? (Please be specific with each of your preferences. For example: Instead of Pink, please clarify whether you wish to see Hot Pink, Darker Pink, or Soft/Baby Pink, etc.)
3. Are there any graphics that you would like to see incorporated into your Logo’s Design? (N/A for Text-Based Designs)
*You are allowed to submit up to two (2) examples of designs you may like, if applicable these designs will NOT be duplicated, but may be used as a pattern for how your design will be created. Please submit each of your design sample(s)/reference photo(s) via email.
4. What is your preference for fonts you’d like to have used in your design?
5. Are there any other file format(s) you’d like to add-on? (The standard file formats are .JPG and .PNG)
