(If yes, please send the .PNG file format of your design over via email for the purpose of incorporating it into your website’s design.)If there is not an existing Logo Design, and you would like to have one created specifically for your Business or Brand, please let us know via email.

3. How many pages would you like added into your website design’s layout? Please also include the Page Names as well.*Page names are REQUIRED, as we cannot title the pages within your website's layout without this information!

4. What is your desired color palette for your website? (Please be specific with each of your preferences. For example: Instead of Pink, please clarify whether you wish to see Hot Pink, Darker Pink, or Soft/Baby Pink, etc.)

5. What is your preference for fonts you’d like to have used in your design? (For Example: Hand-Written, Cursive/Elegant, Decorative, Modern/Simple, Other: Please Specify)

6. Do you already have existing domain name for your website design? If you don't have a domain name currently, it will be required to obtain one. Please submit this information via email, upon completion.

7. Are there any social media pages for your business or brand? (If yes, please include them below. This is solely for the purpose of linking your social media accounts, where they can be accessible from your website. If you prefer not to have your social media account(s) linked, please answer ‘No’ for this question.

8. What is the Contact Information for your business or brand? (Example: Phone Number, Email Address, Location/Business Address, etc.)
